Role: We provided Contracts Management Advisory Services for Consolidated Power Projects Australia.
800 Collins Street Fit Out (VIC)
Overview: Situated in the heart of Docklands, Victoria, 800 Collins Street underwent a major re-purposing and high end fit out.
Role: We provided Procurement and Contracts Management for Lendlease.
Weston Williamson/Egis Group
Overview: Weston Williamson and Egis Group have undertaken various Rail Infrastructure Station projects across Australia.
Role: We provided Contracts Advisory Services for design related Professional Services Agreements.
Peninsula Link Freeway Rectification Works Program (VIC)
Overview: PenLink is a toll free 27km road link between Eastlink at Carrum Downs and the Mornington Peninsula freeway at Mount Martha in Victoria.
Role: We provided Contracts Management and Administration for a major rectification works program, including administration of associated insurance claims.
Craigieburn Hospital (VIC)
Overview: Craigieburn Community Hospital is part of the Victorian Government’s $800m investment in new community hospitals, managed by Northern Health.
Role: We provided Contracts Management and administration for Lendlease.
Darwin Pipeline Duplication (NT)
Overview: The Darwin Pipeline Duplication project is a new gas pipeline project for Santos to transport natural gas from the Barossa gas field in the Timor Sea to its Darwin liquefied natural gas facility.
Role: We provided Contracts Management for Nacap for the onshore section of works.

Frankston Hospital Redevelopment (VIC)
Overview: Frankston Hospital underwent a $1.1 B new redevelopment project.
Role: We provided procurement of all Consultant Professional Services Agreements (PSA’s).
Frankston Hospital – Mental Health Unit Rebuild (VIC)
Overview: Following a Piling Rig incident that caused damage, the project consisted in $8m insurance claims management for the rebuild of Frankston Hospital Mental Health Unit.
Role: We provided Procurement and Contracts Management for Lendlease.
Ribbon Hotel (NSW)
Overview: The Ribbon Hotel is a spectacular $700m, 30 storey development right in the heart of Sydney’s Darling Harbour.
Role: We provided Procurement of Major Works packages and Claims Advisory for Grocon.

Ryan Corner Connection Assets (VIC)
Overview: $49m in Transmission Lines were constructed at the new Ryan Corner Wind Farm, Victoria.
Role: We provided Claims Advisory for Consolidated Power Projects Australia.
RAAF Tindal (NT)
Overview: The New Airport Combat Capability underwent $30m E&I installations.
Role: We provided Claims Preparation for Southern Cross Electrical Engineering.
CommonWealth Games Athletes Village (QLD)
Overview: A $550m multi residential athletes games village and community facilities was constructed upon the 2018 CommonWealth Games.
Role: We provided claims preparations for Grocon.
Westgate Tunnel (VIC)
Overview: The West Gate Tunnel is a $10B tunnelling project in Melbourne including motorway re-alignments and bridge upgrades.
Role: We provided defence of claims for CPB/John Holland JV.
Metro Tunnel (VIC)
Overview: The Metro Tunnel is an $11B project creating a new end-to-end rail line in Melbourne.
Role: We provided Claims Preparation for Cross Yarra Partnership.
NorthConnex (NSW)
Overview: The NorthConnex tunnel is a $3B 9 km tunnelling project in New South Wales.
Role: We provided claims preparation for Lendlease/Bouygues JV.
Latrobe Biosciences Project (VIC)
Overview: La Trobe University constructed a $290m BioSciences building in Bundoora, VIC.
Role: We provided Claims Preparation and Insurance Claims for Grocon.
Gawler Line Rail electrification (SA)
Overview: The Gawler Line in South Australia underwent rail electrification, an $842m project.
Role: We provided claims preparation for Lendlease.
Heritage Lanes Office Development (QLD)
Overview: An $800m 32 storey development constructed on 80 Ann Street, Brisbane.
Role: We provided claims defence for downstream asbestos removal for Mirvac.
