We are pleased and privileged to announce Carin Campbell has joined BWA TierOne Consult as a Senior Consultant.
Carin is an accomplished Commercial and Contracts Management professional, with over 20 years’ experience upon major projects. She has worked with Tier 1 Contractors across all sectors. She has experience across the whole life cycle of major projects – from feasibility, cost planning, tendering, scope of works definition, procurement, contract negotiation, award, post-contract administration, payment claims, change management, final account resolution, close out of warranties and defects liability periods, as well experience in the avoidance and/or resolution of contract monetary claims and extensions of time.
Carin brings skill sets in measurement, quantification, cost planning, procurement, cost and revenue forecasting, contracts management, change control, in both upstream and downstream contracts, and also in claims resolution.
Her Tier 1 experience includes successful past roles at Lendlease, John Holland Group, Hansen Yuncken and Hickory. Her broad sector experience includes both major Roads, Infrastructure, Structural and Commercial Building projects. Carin regularly provides procurement and contracts management across different contracting methods. She is a sought-after specialist commercial resource, who brings her technical knowledge and experience to any stage of a project in the planning and construction delivery process.
